Our first Musical Monkeys session this year was 'All About Me'! We started with some action songs and rhymes to help us warm up and name different parts of our bodies. Then, we had the opportunity to use shakers and claves to help develop our listening skills and sense of rhythm. We also used bean bags to test our balance and co-ordination abilities! The children were not at all shy considering it was their first session, Lorraine was very impressed! There was really only a giant spider that stopped them in their tracks, but even that didn't last for long! We finished off with the parachute, this always gives us lots of laughs!
